]]>I have been reverting "and" to "&" instead, because the Terms and Conditions, Copy, and Creative refer to the Promotion with "&", so I wanted to exactly match for easier player recognition.

Regarding any other past issue, I think "&" has been fine, since I have been reverting for a while now and have not noticed any issue. In addition, I recall Sports has been using "&" as well.
In my opinion, "&" does not stylistically look as good on PartyCasino and Wheel of Fortune Casino Carousels, so I would then replace "&" with "AND" instead. In addition, most of the times, the H1 and H2 are not referring to a specific Promotion anyways.

Just noticed yesterday that there were some issues with the promotions.We’ve been taking down the promotions until the US team can resolve the issue, which causes the promotions to remain unpublished for a longer period. To streamline this, I had a discussion with Alyssa last night, and we proposed reverting to our approach from 2021 and 2022 for handling similar situations. So, if the EDS or OPT IN ID is not working, here’s what we’ll do:

We will be switching on.betmgm.ca to US Sitecore on Thursday, 18th July, 2024 starting at 11:30 AM IST (8:00 AM CET) and should be completed in an hour.
Then the label will be fetching content from https://rest-us.on.betmgm.ca.cms-us.prod.env.works/
Following teams are involved in the configuration changes and change Requests are created from respective teams:
CMS: CHG206379
PAT: CHG208385 EDS: CHG208531 BO: CHG208376 LO: CTASK597055 (created from CMS Team side for Help pointings) POS: ( Email Notification shared to d.dtp.core with necessary changes needed )
DCRM: No changes are required.
